Introducing Pure Cardio

Pure Cardio is a PURE high-energy cardiovascular workout, which will keep your heart pumping and fat burning through various types of bursts!

This is a group Personal Training Session for beginners or advanced interested in weight loss and toning with a focus on a great cardio workout with the guidance of a professional.

Pricing

Commit to seeing & most importantly FEELING results by attending a minimum of 2 - 30 minute sessions per week for a MONTH and receive a total discount of $80!

Paid weekly - $20 each session
Commit to a month - Only $15 per session (a $5 savings). Must come to at least 2 sessions of the 3 to 4 that will be offered each week.

Due to limited spacing and proper preparation for our trainers we ask that you pre-register. At this time we will collect your health & injury history along with your payment to secure your space.

Current times are:
• Studio/East Wednesdays 6:30 - 7 PM and Fridays 6:30 - 7PM
• Gym/West Mondays 6:30 - 7 AM and Saturdays 8:15 - 8:45AM
